About
Help Needed in Denver is a nonprofit that provides life's essentials to everyone in the community through peer to peer support. The group was started a few weeks prior to the Covid-19 shutdowns, and has since become a safe place for community members in need to receive help and for those who are offering help to lend a hand. This help can range from child needs, hygiene needs, clothing needs, furniture needs, bill resource help, food needs, among so many other needs that so many face.
A community store will be opening in the future that will be stocked with essentials that so many cannot afford.
Help Needed in Denver plays a role in feeding and clothing our unhoused neighbors through community donations and corporate donations.
Help Needed in Denver does not require any forms or identification to be eligible for help, making it easier for everyone to have access to the help they need.
